Founded by Khushboo Shah, this space uses simple art-based activities to help children, young adults, and elders reflect, release emotions, and find clarity—gently and at their own pace. It allows you to express what you’ve been carrying inside, so you can move forward with more ease and understanding

Before You Begin — Common Questions About Your Journey

  • Do I need to be very unwell or 'going through something big' to come here?

Of course not! Not every journey begins with a storm — sometimes it starts with a quiet feeling of 'what now?' Therapy isn't just for  difficult times.  It's a beautiful tool for self-discovery, clarity, and finding your footing when life feels a little foggy. Think of it as a compass — creative,  colourful, and entirely yours.

  • Is going to therapy a sign that I am weak or cannot handle my own problems?

Absolutely not — and we want to say this as clearly as possible. Seeking support is one of the most courageous things a person can do. It takes strength to           look inward, to say 'I want to feel better,' and to take that first step.
We all go to a doctor when our body needs care. Our mind deserves the same kindness. Therapy isn't about not being able to cope — it's about choosing not         to carry everything alone. That's not weakness. That's wisdom.

  • Do I need to be good at art to try art therapy? I was very bad at art in school.

Absolutely not! You don't need any artistic experience or talent. Art therapy is for everyone — the materials are simply a tool to help you express what words        sometimes can't.

A creative professional facing a creative block

It was a very interesting experience with colours in my hand and talking to Khushboo made it very easier. I would recommend infusing art and therapy together.
Try it once and you’ll know what it feels.

A man in mid 30's trying to find work-life balance

Khushboo doesn't just make you feel understood — she helps you actually fix it. What started as a relatable struggle became a real action plan in her sessions. If you're tired of just coping, Khushboo will help you truly overcome.

A woman in mid 40's struggling with mid-life crisis

Khushboo has a rare gift of turning your deepest struggles into breakthroughs. Her sessions don't just offer comfort — they give you clarity, tools, and real direction. I walked in feeling stuck and walked out knowing exactly what to do next.
